John Frusciante - Loss

John Frusciante - Loss
NOT A COVER! John Frusciante - Loss Album: The Will To Death (2004) Lyrics: We make the music that divides you It's handled down as a thing to cry to And all my wars they treat you kindly There's nothing more important that I see There was a time when all was empty Unorganised a clag a death scene Things opened up and there's so many Paths to walk ports of entry Now that I'm gone Now that I'm long gone This minute has come and gone I never said to do anything but forget me I can't be lost I've learned everything from the loss From what's gained there's an inner cost I won't pay it, I never would We left the seasons back in Long Town There was a hint of sadness going round We met the brothers who drove arrrows And shot assumptions wide and narrow I know I mean what I'm forgetting We give for everything we're getting A lot that hasn't been put away It's building up for that fateful someday Now that I'm gone Now that I'm long gone This minute has come and gone I never said to d! o anything but forget me When it seems I'm around Check again what's up and what's down Many silences make a sound I'm before the equation and I'm the answer Credits go to: Publisher: Record Collection Music Duration: 42 minutes, 29 seconds John plays: Guitar, piano, synthesizer and bass on "Far Away", "Unchanging" and "The Will To Death" Other musicians: As expected, Josh Klinghoffer. Yuna Qi Razali: KL Kita [Audio Only] HD
New York, NY (February 1, 2011) -- Today, FADER Label, the recording branch of The FADER, announced the signing of Yuna, the 24-year old Malaysian-born singer-songwriter who is quickly becoming one of 2011's artists to watch. Already home to seminal indie-recording artists Matt and Kim, Neon Indian, Editors and Saul Williams, FADER Label will add to its diverse catalogue by releasing Yuna's US debut EP, Decorate, digitally on March 15th. "I remember the very first time I heard Yuna's voice sing the opening lyric, 'Is your favorite color blue?' from the song 'Deeper Conversation'," said Rob Stone, co-founder of FADER Label. "I still hear it in my head the way I heard it that day. Her voice is uniquely exquisite, and she has a true talent that is beyond compare." In 2008, Yuna released her self-titled EP in her home country of Malaysia and instantly began turning heads. The single "Deeper Conversation" became a massive success and went on to win the title of Best English Song ! at the 2009 AIM Awards, Malaysia's national music awards. Yuna swept the ceremony, garnering Best Pop Song and Song of the Year for her Malay song, "Dan Severnarya". Growing up in a Muslim household in Malaysia, Yuna was first inspired by the universal appeal of acts like No Doubt, The Cranberries, and Fiona Apple. At the age of 19, while in law school, she picked up a guitar and began to fervently write. She joined various art groups and recognized her love and natural talents for sketching ...
